The American School Foundation (ASF) is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Human Capital Analyst. In this multifaceted role, you will bridge core HR operations with employee experience enhancement. You will lead the end-to-end execution of the school’s Annual Wellness Plan, while providing essential administrative support in SAP personnel management, onboarding, legal procedures for foreign staff, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Wellness Plan Management: Prepare annual proposals, plan, and execute wellness activities, integration events, and employee benefits aligned with approved budgets and academic calendars.

• Vendor & Logistics Management: Handle vendor selection, purchase orders, payment requests, and material logistics for all wellness initiatives.

• Internal Communications: Publish monthly HR news and promote wellness events across internal channels (ASF Life News, institutional email, and the official ASF Life Instagram account).

• Metrics & Platform Maintenance: Keep employee benefits updated on the ASF Life webpage; monitor and deliver monthly participation and satisfaction reports.

• Community Relations: Coordinate greeting/sympathy cards, floral deliveries, gifts, and food baskets for personal life events and institutional milestones.

• Database & Payroll Readiness: Maintain and continuously update the employee database in SAP for accurate payroll processing.

• SAP Onboarding & Document Control: Execute personnel onboarding workflows in SAP, validating entries and archiving official documentation in both digital and physical formats.

• Expat Relocation Support: Provide personalized assistance to foreign staff in securing official Mexican documentation (CURP, RFC, Social Security Number/card, and local bank accounts).

• HR Administrative Services: Issue employment certificates and verifications; coordinate the biennial procurement and distribution of uniforms for administrative personnel.

• Talent Acquisition Support: Post vacancies, review applications, conduct phone screenings, send skills assessments, and check employment references.

• New Hire Onboarding: Collect hiring documentation, assist with campus tours, facilitate inductions, and help organize new employee Orientation Week.

• HR Cross-Functional Support: Draft and review bilingual communications (English/Spanish) and cross-train in other HR functions to provide operational backup across the department.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• Languages: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Minimum B2 level required, written and spoken).

Experience & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within Human Resources, Staff Services, or Public Relations.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP Personnel Administration or similar enterprise HRIS platforms, alongside strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.

• Service Orientation: Outstanding internal customer service orientation and strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and a collaborative, cross-departmental mindset.
